Request Access to Data
The following questions will be asked:
Who is requesting data?
Faculty, Staff, or other?
What tools will be used to connect to the data?
Tableau Desktop, Toad, etc.
Are there any security requirements?
Firewall, Duo (Two-Factor Authentication)
How is authorization is obtained to access data?
Fill out an Request Ticket, Obtain approval from the appropriate data steward, etc.
